have to develop on advanced machine for injection line.
So we use the ACC pressure accumulator on injecting oil-pressure
system for 3C injection products, and equip the
German brand MOOG Servo Valve, completed close-circle
controlling system. It is enable to react high speedy accurately
controlled system, pressure keeping, material storage and
back pressure. Besides, through the press transducer and
positioning ruler feeding back pressure and speed, The macihne
can meet the target of high quality injection and raise
yield rate.(A)
- The
compressing molding function of 6-step
injection can shorten production cycle, reduce inner stress
of molding goods, prevent outputs bended and distorted,
increase molding precision.
- Bearing
supports rolling for heavy-duty machine can be used to reduce
friction coefficient of Moving Die Plate.(B)
- Using
(NH48MV) golden-marked pure steel of major axle of clamping
mold made by Japan. The injection machine is the same level
as Japanese machine. It equips surface plating hardened
chromium to increase wear-resisting and strength.

react pressure and speed of injection controlled by servo

and values of maximum, minimum, average, standard deviation
and real time statistical processing.

The
special designed Toggle type model
- To
break trough the problem of shape distortion of wall while high
pressed locking mold of general crank mold locking structure,
it uses Toggle type. Forming Moving Die Plate homogenous at one
time without distortion to elongate life cycle of the machine.
- The
special designed Toggle type with inner dual oil press cylinder,
fast impels modls to close or open within very short time.
- Installation
of emergency doors equip mechanical, oil pressed and electric
triple security devices at rear and front. When any emergency
door opened, the mold cannot close. It can secure operators.
- 3kg
super low pressure of mold protection device, it drastically increases
sensitivity of high or low-pressure mold closing.
- 5
points cranking toggle style, using Made-in-Japan oil-free copper
bush in apertures of cranking toggle-only need to grease once
every three month, and refuel grease automatically- reducing oil
pollution in the clean room and saving maintenance time.
- The
very high-speed mold locking system is built in a logic valve
oil pressure differential circuit. It can increase 40% of speed
and shorten cycle, save power.
- Knock-out
by the resistive ruler, using 2-step speed, pressure, position
setting, The design can prevent finish goods damaged.
- The
bypass oil-filter can clean impure substance in the system and
keep oil pressure at certain level of cleaning to assure accuracy.

Injection
System 
- The
protecting mask of injection to get rid of epoxy splashing.
- 6-step
compressing function to expel melting plastic and gas in
the mold.
- Precision
of inject setting can be set by the scale of 0.01mm for
spiral bar, 0.01sec for timing and 1% for injection speed.
- The
data of injection speed setting is promptly printed by a
white graphic curve. In addition, the first injection data
is displayed by the yellow curve, the second in red color.Then,
the graphic line can be shown by 5 different color to show
the repetition.
- Features
of 6-step pressure, speed, and position are used to contorl
injection, and support 4-step pressure keeping, The ratio
backpressure of 3-step Material refuel is set on screen,
accuracy scale by 1 kg per unit.
- To
meet the requirement of increasing quality, the injection
unit is designed as three sizes of spiral bar L/D ratio
20:1 to meet high pressure mixed refining, capable of using
complex plastic to cover the wide-rangest of application.
- By
accurate data and long-term experience of development and
research to design the new type of spiral bar, the machine
can easily expel gas during plastic melting and improving.
- Functions-PID
temperature control, timely adapting to disturbance of outside
temperature and overheating temperature level- insures accuracy
of temperature controlling of heating tank.
